Work Package 1: Project Management
This work package ensures that the project is well organized, well monitored, and implemented with high quality. It helps the partners work together smoothly, follow the timeline, manage the budget properly, and respond to challenges on time.
Through regular coordination and monitoring, the partnership stays strong and communication remains clear. The work package supports transparent documentation, quality dissemination, inclusive evaluation, and careful planning of all main project activities.
As a result, the project benefits from stronger cooperation between partners, better management of activities and finances, improved visibility, and a well-planned follow-up phase. It also creates a solid foundation for the training course, the card set, and the toolkit.

Work Package 2: Transnational Project Meetings
This work package brings the partners together in key moments of the project to coordinate the work, review progress, and plan the next steps. It supports effective cooperation and ensures that all activities are developed in a shared, structured way.
The meetings improve communication, strengthen teamwork, and allow partners to monitor each other’s progress and exchange ideas. They also support joint planning, reflection, evaluation, and preparation for dissemination and follow-up activities.
The main results are stronger partnership cooperation, better quality control, transparent project documentation, and clearer planning for the training course, toolkit, card set, dissemination, and final reporting.

Work Package 3 – Intellectual Outcomes
This work package focuses on creating the main educational materials of the project. Its goal is to bring AI closer to young people in an inclusive and creative way, while also strengthening digital literacy and supporting youth work with practical tools.
Two main outputs are developed in this work package: a set of cards/images in four languages and a toolkit on digital and AI literacy for youth work. These materials are designed to be practical, attractive, and useful for organizations, youth workers, schools, and other educational actors.
The result is a lasting set of project resources that improve the quality of youth work and support the sustainable use of AI and digital tools. The card set helps explain AI, inclusion, diversity, human rights, and anti-discrimination in a visual way, while the toolkit provides workshops, recommendations, and tips for daily practice.
Work Package 4 – Capacity Building and Multiplier Activities
This work package aims to increase the capacities of the partner organizations by training youth workers and trainers in digital and AI tools for inclusive youth work. It also helps share the project results with the wider community.
The work package includes a training course and local multiplier workshops in the partner countries. Through these activities, youth workers gain practical knowledge, test the project materials, and learn how to use digital and AI tools responsibly in their daily work with young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.
The main results are better-trained youth workers, stronger organizational capacity, and wider visibility of the project results. The multiplier events support networking, civic engagement, and future cooperation, while helping local, national, and international stakeholders discover and use the project outputs.
